    * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
    ****************************************************************
    The Page Setup panel -> Text tab allows the user to set margin
    values to be used by 3270 host printing. These values are
    ignored unless the Use Best Fit Scaling box is checked. The
    on-line help and the Information Center documents do not say
    that Best Fit is required to use the margin settings.

Problem conclusion

  • PCSPD.EXE has been changed to enable the Top Margin and Left
    Margin values to be used by 3270 host print with or without
    the use of Best Fit scaling function.

    For Bi-Directional users, this new function allows the use of
    Top Margin and BiDi Margin values with or without Best Fit. In
    Left-to-Right mode, BiDi Margin affects the Left side of the
    printout. In Right-to-Left mode, BiDi Margin affects the right
    side of the printout.
