IC75465: INTERRUPT KEY (CTRL+C) DOES NOT WORK ON ONMONITOR

APAR status

• Closed as change to accomodate OEM Vendor's code.

Error description

• Run onmonitor. e.g. Select Archive -> Tape-Parameters. On that
  screen, hit interrupt key (Ctrl+C) but it does not return
  to the previous screen. Once you move the cursor anywhere it can
  return to the previous screen by hitting the interrupt key.
  It happens on HP-UX Itanium.

  * tool more modern than onmonitor, for example, the Open Admin *

Problem conclusion

• The issue is fixed in IDS 11.50.xC9.
  

Temporary fix

• Use a tool other than onmonitor.  The Open Admin Tool (OAT) is
  the preferred tool.
