Error description

• You execute a select that accesses a table on a remote database.
  The lock mode of the select is wait. A page or row lock is on
  the remote table, created by an update operation local to the
  table. The select against the remote table fails instantly with
  errors 244/107 or 245/144 or in some cases after a wait with
  errors 243/154. The difference between not waiting and waiting
  is the row being updated on the remote table.
