Error description

  • Modifications to SLM peering might cause a restart of the
appliance  when modifying an SLM peer group that is actively
exchanging data.

Local fix

  • Avoid modifying active SLM peer groups that may be actively
exchanging data.

Problem summary

  • DataPower customers using SLM peering could potentially see the
appliance restart when an active SLM peer group is reconfigured.

Problem conclusion

  • The fix is available on 3.8.0.13, 3.8.1.12, 3.8.2.4 and 4.0.1.0.
