Error description

  • Having an issue with the RBM Account Policy Settings.
    .
    Here are some specifics about the issue:
    
    Current settings:
    Max Failed Login: 4
    Lockout Duration: 0
    
    The problem is that the users are not being locked out after 4
    failed atempts. Only after the 5th atttempt does the user
    show as down.
    
    DataPower allows the user to log on even after the Lockout
    Duration is set to 0.  Setting the Lockout Duration to 0 should
    permanently lock out the user until an admin can reset the
    account.
