Intermittently, fans have higher speed and noise level than expected. Local fix
A shutdown reload of the firmware will allow the fans to return to normal speed in most cases.
Problem summary
Occasionally after a reboot, the appliance reports speed for multiple fans being above upper critical.
Problem conclusion
The fix will be in 3.7.3.18, 3.8.0.12, 3.8.1.11, 3.8.2.3
