IC73738: EXCHANGE '03 INDIVIDUAL MAILBOX RESTORES FAILS FOR MOVED/DELETED MAILBOXES.

Error description

• This problem occurs only for Tivoli Data Protection for Exchange
  Individual Mailbox Restore operations on an Exchange 2003 server
  when the following conditions are meet:
  
  1) The mailboxes were moved to a different Exchange 2003 server,
  or deleted and recreated on a different Exchange 2003 server.
  2) Mailbox Restore is performed using backups taken before
  moving/deleting the mailboxes.
  
  Example:
  You have an Exchange 2003 servers A and B. Mailbox X is on
  server A. You delete mailbox X. You recreate mailbox X on server
  B . You attempt to restore mailbox X from backups done on server
  A onto Exchange 2003 server B.
  
  This will cause the restore to fail with error:
  Mailbox restore failed.
  ACN0004E An unknown error has been detected.
  Total mailboxes requested for restore:     1
  Total mailboxes restored:                  0
  ACN0151E Errors occurred while processing the request.

  Data Protection for Exchange used Exchange Server name from
  the mailbox history in the functions that prepare individual
  mailbox restore. This issued an error for the apar case.
  

Problem conclusion

• Data Protection for Exchange code has changed to use a name of
  Exchange Server where a restore is running in the functions
  that prepares individual mailbox restore.
