IC73245: DELETE VOLHISTORY ONLY DELETE THE FIRST OF THE TWO BACKUP OBJECTS IF THE DB BACKUP WAS FOR A TAPE VOLUME

Error description

• For each DB backup, there are two backup objects created in the
  BACKUP table.
  If a DB backup is performing with a file devices, the two backup
  objects will be deleted by the DELETE VOLHIST command.
  But, if the DB backup was for a tape volume, only the first of
  these two backup objects will be deleted.
