Error description

  • When DataPower is configured to send the generated
error report to a server using SMTP protocol, the
error report is corrupted.

Local fix

  • No Workaround

Problem summary

  • Affected are customers relying on error reports sent with the
SMTP protocol.


Error report sent using the SMTP protocol might be received as
corrupted with a length of 10 bytes.

Problem conclusion

  • The fix is available on 3.8.1.10 and 3.8.2.2
