Error description

• Redirection of command "query devclass f=d" does not finish when
  ja_JP.utf8 locale is used.
  The directed file's size is growing.
  
  <Example>
     1. set "LANGuage ja_JP.utf8" in dsmserv.opt
        and restart tsm server.
     1. export LANG=ja_JP.utf8
     2. dsmadmc -id=admin -password=xxxx q dev f=d > q_dev.txt
  
  
  If tsm server's locale is ja_JP, this phenomenon does not occur.
  This phenominon occurs only if tsm server's locale is
  ja_JP.utf8.
  
  
  TSM Versions Affected:
  TSM 6.1 and TSM 6.2 when ja_JP.utf8 locale is used.
