Error description

  • Customer connects to TX/AIX server
    via basic TN3270 session ( not TN3270E session ).
    The problem is that Prog706 appears after the specific
    operations.
    .
    The trace shows
    TX                   Pcom
    --------------------------
      <-----Enter--------
      ------Read Buffer-->
      <----Buffer to read--
      ------ IAC EOR ---->
      ----- Write screen->
     .
     TX server sends IAC EOR for Read Buffer command separately.
     Pcom returns its buffer *BEFORE* receiving the IAC/EOR
     and then if the session receives the next screen,
     it reports Prog706 (invalid chain).
     User can reset Prog706 by pressing reset key.
