IC72536: CREATING A BTS INDEX IS MUCH SLOWER IN 11.50.XC6/XC7 THAN IN 11.50.XC5 AND EARLIER VERSIONS

Error description

• Creating a BTS index in 11.50.xC6 and later versions is much
  slower than in 11.50.xC5 and earlier versions.
  There are much more pages written to temporary smartblob spaces
  in 11.50.xC6/xC7 than in versions before.
