IC72528: MIGRATION PROCESS APPEARS TO BE HUNG AFTER RUNNING FOR EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIME

Error description

• The migration process on a 6.1 and 6.2 Tivoli Storage
  Manager sever may appear to be hang after the process
    is running for a period of time.
    When this situation is encountered, no bytes nor any
    files are moved. Using the QUERY PROCESS output will
    show the same statistics for the migration process(es)
    during this period of time.

      [MigrateBatch]:MigratBatch: 1 NumFiles and 29.3763482624
