• TSM Server licenses and device drivers may fail to install as
  a result of the installer failing to detect and remove
  previously installed TSM Client API related packages
  
  TSM Versions Affected:
  All 6.1 and 6.2 versions on Unix based platforms

  Open the logs.zip file located in /var/tivoli/tsm/logs.zip.

Local fix

• A. Identify currently installed TSM Client components:
     Example:
     "lslpp -l | grep tivoli"
      tivoli.tsm.client.api.jfs2
      tivoli.tsm.client.ba.jfs2.base
      tivoli.tsm.client.ba.jfs2.common
      tivoli.tsm.client.ba.jfs2.web
  B. Uninstall all currently installed TSM Client components:
     Example:
     installp -u tivoli.tsm.client.api.jfs2
  C. Run the installer again and install the TSM server again.
