IC71830: DYNAMIC SQL WITH LOOP DOES NOT RELEASE THE MEMORY AUTOMATICALLY

Error description

• The memory associated with a dynamic SQL statement within a
  stored procedure does not get released automatically until the
  SPL is completely finished.  If the SQL statement is a delete
  statement and the data is quite large, the system will run out
  of memory.
