  can occur in syntax checking resulting in messages such as:
  ANR2944E The reference 'SELECT' is an unknown SQL scalar
  function name.
  or other errors indicating that valid syntax is not valid
  such as claiming that ORDER BY or GROUP BY are not valid
  keywords.
