IC71129: USING THE SQL API TO SET DATASKIP 'ON' AT THE SERVER LEVEL DOES NOT WORK

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Using the SQL API admin() or task() to set dataskip on for the
  server does not work.  The "onspaces" command works as expected.
  
  Failing Example:
  
  $ dbaccess sysadmin -
  Database selected.
  execute function task('set dataskip on', 'datadbs');
  (expression) Dataskip switched on for datadbs
  1 row(s) retrieved.
  
  Database closed.
  
  $ onstat -f
  IBM Informix Dynamic Server Version 11.50.FC5-- On-Line -- Up 2

  dataskip is OFF for all dbspaces

  $ onspaces -f on datadbs
  dataskip will be turned ON for selected dbspaces,
