IC70971: GETTING -9996 ERROR WHEN TRYING TO CREATE A NEW DATABASE BY CONNECTION MANAGER IN CLUSTER ENVIRONMENT

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• There is a database server cluster, any type of secondary node
  can be added into this cluster, like: HDR, SDS or RSS.
  There is a connection manager cluster, which includes at least
  one connection manager.
  All applications will access the database server cluster through
  this connection manager cluster by group mode.
  When creating a new database, sometimes a -330 error will be
  returned on the client side.
  At this time, if all secondary nodes in database server cluster
  are stopped except for the primary node, then creating the same
  new database again will return a -9996 error on the client side.
