Error description

• Internet Explorer v6 browser application crashes during API
  call to PCOM display session. Microsoft says its due to a
  invalid handle to a mutex being freed.

  One of the handles was not closed properly so when the HACL
  application tried to work with this invalid handle, it would
  crash.
  

Problem conclusion

• PCSECLVC.DLL and PCSWSAPI.DLL have been changed to properly
  close the handle after its use.
