• Closed as program error.

Error description

• After an upgrade from V5 TSM server to  V6.1.x or V6.2.x server,
  no volumes that are collocated and in a filling state at the
  time of the upgrade may not be used for store operations. In
  this case,  empty tapes will be selected and used over filling
  volumes.
  
  The problem is that the database markers used to control
  collocation in V5 servers may be unreadable once an upgrade to
  V6.X occurs. These markers are rebuilt once the volume is
  emptied and re-used.

Local fix

• Issue a Move Data command against any filling volumes that are
  not being appended to via store operations within the collocated
  storage pool.
