Error description

• Using the Host Access Class Library APIs to open a 3270 terminal
  session throws a java exception when using the filetransfer
  method to send or receive files to or from z/VSE. The error seen
  is:

Problem summary

  * USERS AFFECTED: Host On-Demand users using host file         *
  *                 transfer to a VSE CICS host.                 *

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When an user transfers a file to a VSE  *
  *                      CICS host using HACL, an error is       *
  *                      displayed to the user even though the   *
  *                      file is successfully transferred.       *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  When a file is successfully transferred to a VSE Host, the host
  sends a termination message to the client which is not
  recognized by the client. The client checks to see if the
  received message is known by comparing the message ID with the
  set of possible termination messages sent by the host. If it is
  not found, an ECL0126 error is displayed.
  In this case after the file is successfully transferred to the
  VSE/CICS host, the Host sends a termination message "INW0079I
  job TESTJOB successfully submitted. RC-=0000$" which is not
  found on the client side and the error message displays:
  "ECLErr@com.ibm.eNetwork.ECL.xfer3270.Xfer3270:97:sev=3:
  ECL0126:An exception was detected at reference location :97"
  

Problem conclusion

• The message ID(INW0079I) was added to the set of known messages
  on the client side.
  
  Fix is scheduled for HOD 10.0.8.1 Fix pack
  Fix is scheduled for HOD 11.0.3 Refresh pack
