• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The failures are random and are not specific to particular
  objects as it is timing and workload related. The next
  expiration run may or may not fail but it most likely will
  not be for the same objects. If expiration encounters this
  error it will skip the object and continue processing
  other nodes/objects and eventually complete.

Local fix

• Use the SETOPT DELETEBATCHSIZE command to reduce the
  batch size and decrease the timing window for this to occur
  The default size of the batch is 2000.
  Start the reduction to 1000 and then to 500 but no lower
  than that as this will adversely affect performance.
