Error description

• When working with HP EML E-Series, the Tivoli Storage Manager
  Device Driver will not be able to use the library if configured
  to use the maximum number of slots.
  The device driver will only handle up to 439 elements with the
  HP EML libraries.
  The following errors may be logged:
  ANR8300E I/O error on library HP EML (OP=8401C050, C=321,
  KEY=05, ASC=24, ASCQ=00, SENSE=70.00.05.00.00.00.00.0C.00.00.00.

  ANR8440E Initialization failed for SCSI library HP EML;
  will retry in 2 minute(s).

Local fix

• Configure the library to use a number of slots low enough that
  the total number of elements (slots, drive, i/o port) is lower
  than 439.
