• If you have a database with DB_LOCALE=de_de.8859-1 and you
  create a stored procedure with
  german umlauts in the stored procdure text (e.g. in a comment),
  the dbschema/dbexport
  truncates characters in the output if CLIENT_LOCALE=en_US.utf8.
