Error description

• COPY ACTIVEDATA from a tapepool to a collocated sequential
  activedata pool appears to "hang" after requesting first input
  volume and message:
  ANR1189I Removable volume XXXXX is required for copying active
           data.
  
  A COPY ACTIVEDATA process from a random-access DISK stgpool to
  the same collocated sequential activedata pool performs as
  expected.
  Trace and core dump show excessive TSM DB page reads.
  
  Code analysis showed that backup optimization was not applied
  when activedata are copied to a collocated sequential activedata
  pool and the process keeps scanning 'unwanted' files.
