Error description

• This applies to the Informix Growth Edition: An error can occur
  when rolling back a create index on a temporary table when no
  explicit temporary dbspace is defined in the instance:

  A restart of the instance after the error is encountered can
  fail with the same rollback error as well.
  

Local fix

• If you have purchased a license to use parallel features with
  the Growth Edition you can (and in this case should) set:
  
  GE_ALLOW_PARALLEL       1
  
  in the instance onconfig file.

Problem conclusion

• This is seen in growth edition as we do not allow parallel index
  build. The fix is in 11.50.xC8
