    ****************************************************************
If a character of the selected folder name has Shift-JIS DBCS
character with lower byte 0x97, the Microsoft function
"GetOpenFileName()"and "GetSaveFileName()" will drop the DBCS
character. The error will occur on Windows Vista and Windows 7
DBCS operating systems, but not on Windows XP or Windows 2000.

Problem conclusion

  • PCSWDLGC.DLL has changed the dialog open flag for
"GetOpenFileName()"and "GetSaveFileName()" to not show the
current path name and message title in the popup warning
    message box.
