Error description

• When the Tivoli Storage Manager Server is processing an ACSLS
  request timeout, the following diagnostic error can be
  reported:

  During an ACSLS request timeout, the Tivoli Storage Manager
  Server will remove the request from the pending queue.  The
  ANR9999D error shown above occurs because the Server does
  not properly cleanup the ACSLS request that is being timed
  out.
  .
  This APAR will resolve the Server's failure to cleanup the
  request properly and the associated ANR9999D diagnostic
  error shown above.
  .
  This APAR will not resolve the underlying cause of the ACSLS
  request timeout, so the ACSLS server, tape library, and
  drives should be investigated to determine why the request
  could not be satisfied in a timely manner.
