Error description

• ShareCachedClient html parameter does not work for windows 2008

  Saving of the cached client jars to a different location using
  ShareCachedClient and SharedCachedDirectory HTML parameters is
  not working in Windows 2008 operating system.
  

Problem conclusion

• Since there is no logic added in HOD to detect if the OS is
  Windows 2008, HOD is unable to download the jars to the
  specified location. CommonRoutines.java was modified to add
  logic to identify if the OS is Windows 2008.
  
  Fixed in RefreshPack -  HOD 11.0.2
