IC68950: ADMIN CENTER 6.2 INSTALL LOGS NOT CREATED IF NON-ROOT USER AND SERVER INSTALLED

Error description

• The Tivoli Storage Manager Administration Center 6.2 states
  that a non root user should perform the install. If the Tivoli
  Storage Manager Server has already been installed on the same
  machine, the Admin Center install logs (logs.zip and log.txt)
  will not be created in /var/tivoli/tsm due to permissions.

Local fix

• 1. The permissions on the /var/tivol/tsm directory structure can
     be modified to allow non root users read/write access as well
     as changing the permissions (or renaming) the logs.zip and
     log.txt files.
  2. The installation can be run as the root user.
