• The Job Runner task in the sysadmin:ph_task table is for support
  of external tables by OAT. It is not meant to be activated by
  users. You may expect this error in the online.log if you
  activate the task:
  
  SCHAPI: [Job Runner 16-2] Error -937 SCHAPI: The Job Runner task
  requires a job name.
