• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The Tivoli Storage Manager server may crash when a tape is
  dismounted and ejected.
  Drives must be shared for NAS and non-NAS use and a drive has a
  hardware error where it is taken offline.
  
  In this example the following message indicates the drive
  condition;
  
  ANR8792E Unrecoverable drive failures on drive F123 (rst00a);
  drive is now taken offline.
