IC68712: DBLOAD RECORDS WRONG ROW NUMBER INFORMATION IN LOG FILE

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• For example:
  The accture row number of data which includes illgeal data is
  123, this row can not be inserted into the table, and related
  information will be recorded into the log file. But the row
  number in the log file is not 123, it's another number
  
  In INSERT statement number 1 of raw data file xxx.txt.
  Row number 1253 is bad.
