Error description

• when trying to use a SHMTOTAL value > 4GB the instance will not
  come online, and the following error message is displayed in the
  online.log:
  Value of SHMTOTAL exceeds operating system limits
  

Local fix

• don't use SHMTOTAL

Problem conclusion

• The problem is first fixed in 11.50.xC7. When a SHMTOTAL value
  greater than 4GB is used on Windows 64-bit platform, the server
  starts up without any errors and uses the specified SHMTOTAL
  value.
