APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• A part of DBCS string garbaged on the specific screen
  if user is connecting the session on narrowband network.
  It is displayed normally if returning from the next page again.
  This problem seems to occur when the data of DBCS has divided
  into two
  packets.The problem did not occured when the DBCS string was
  stored in
  one packet.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• When datastream of DBCS has divided into two
  package, the characters became garbage.
  

Problem conclusion

• Because the datastream of DBCS for repeat
  has divided, the repeat process repeated the high byte of DBCS
  character to the end of field and the low byte of DBCS character
  was treated as the high byte of next DBCS character.
