Error description

• A simple open/close cursor inside a forever loop that does a
  distributed query across two database servers leaks memory.

  * iteration.  If the number of iterations are more over the    *
  * period the memory leak will increases.                       *

  * Upgrade to 11.50.xC7 and above.                              *
