Error description

• Query returns wrong output when running a query that uses a
  greater than equal sign (>=) with int8 or bigint datatype.
  
  The problem does not occur when using int datatype.

  *   col1 is of INT or INT8 or BIGINT type, the decimal number  *
  * in fragment expression upper filter is rounded to a value    *
  * that is used as the                                          *
  * previous fragment expression lower filter.                   *

  *   Query that has predicate of col1=2000/1000/500 (equal to   *
  * the value in fragment expression lower filter) returns wrong *
  * result.                                                      *
