Error description

• The archive failover log, also called a secondary archive log,
  is the directory that the server uses to store archive log files
  when the archive log directory is full. Currently, if the
  archive log fills up, the Tivoli Storage Manager server will
  spend too much time re-driving I/O to the archive log instead of
  going to the failover log. As a result, more active log space
  may be consumed which could lead to a crash if the active log
  space fills up.
