IC66266: INSERT STRING "NULL" INTO DATE FIELD WORKS IN 7.31 BUT GIVES 1205 ERROR IN 11.5

Error description

• Using dbaccess insert string NULL into simple table with date
  field.  Works in 7.31 but not in 11.50.
