IC65967: MOUNT REQUEST MAY FAIL WITH ANR9790W DURING DISMOUNT PROCESSING

Error description

• A mount request may fail during handling of an idle mountpoint.
  All drives are busy, and some idle mountpoints exist.
  This is a timing issue. Two separate threads access the same
  idle mountpoint during dismount processing.
  In a library sharing environment, the mount request on the
  Library Manager fails with the following message:

  ANR9790W Request to mount volume VOL12345 for library client
  LIBCLIENT failed
  .
  The following message occur on the Library Client:
  .
  ANR1401W Mount request denied for volume VOL12345 - mount
  failed.
  .
  Tivoli Storage Manager Versions Affected:
  Tivoli Storage Manager  server 5.5.4.x and 6.1.3.1 on Unix,
  Linux and Windows platforms.
