Error description

• The TSM 6.1.0-6.1.2.1 Server's automatic db backups are based on
  log number sequencing in the DB2 active and archive logs. We use
  the numbers in order to determine when a TSM db backup is
  needed. The problem is that there was an error in the logic and
  the server would perform auto backups indefinitely until a
  successful backup clears out the logs.
