• Starting an instance via net start sometimes returns the
  message:
  
  E:\IFMXDATA\ol_1150fc6_ms>net start ol_1150fc6_ms
  The Informix IDS - ol_1150fc6_ms service is starting.....
  The Informix IDS - ol_1150fc6_ms service could not be started.

  However. the service has been started.

Problem conclusion

• Corrected the notification to the service controller to let it
  know that the service is still running.
