• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Customer uninstalled PCOM v5.6 and installed v5.9 and determined
  the sound names for PCOM have changed via the registry key name.

Problem summary

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When a user tries to migrate from 5.9.0 *
  *                      to a higher level, the 'Eventlabels'    *
  *                      folder is missing in the registry       *
  *                      HKLM, which causes the generic sound    *
  *                      names in Control panel to be changed to *
  *                      PCOMM sound registry names.             *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  The code changes added for Vista Support caused some of the
  sound related registry entries such as EventLabel folder to be
  removed from install Project File.
  

Problem conclusion

• Now the registry entries are added back to the install Project
  file.
  
  Fixed in Maufacturing Refresh PCOM 5.9.7.0
