IC65280: SCHEDULE EXPORT NODE PROCESS FAILS BECAUSE ADMIN OWNING SCHEDULE IS LOCKED. PROCESS WILL NOT CANCEL.

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• A TSM server export node command is scheduled by an Admin whose
  ID ends up getting locked. When the scheduled command attempt to
  run the export process begins but then appears to hangs when an
  IPC session attempts to start but fails because the Admin it
  runs under is locked. The export process cannot be cancelled at
  this point.

Local fix

• Make sure Admin sessions that are being locked do not own any
  Admin schedules. Recycle the server to get rid of the running
  process that will not cancel.
