IC65269: IDS SHOULD NOT CREATE THE PROXYWRITE MEMORY POOLS ON ALL ENGINE STARTUPS WHEN NO MACH11 IS DEFINED

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• In 11.50.UC5, the memory pools of the proxy write are started by
  default. Even with an engine with only a shm protocol, the
  engine will start a number of them. In 11.50.UC2 and UC3 this
  does not appear.
