Error description

• When using the Tivoli Storage Manager proxy node support,
  the target node (the one backing up the data) may have never
  accessed the server directly and may have no client version
  information associated with it.
  The GENERATE BACKUPSET must be invoked on the target node,
  and needs the client version info to determine if dedup stream
  markers are present.  Finding unexpected stream markers will
  fail.

Local fix

• Access the server with this node (asnode) using the 6.1 client
  (comparable to whatever client is backing up the data for this
  node). Any access should do, e.g. a query.
  Once the client level is set, the backupset generation works.
