  the following changes required for "-D" option:
  from:
  Prevents both Enterprise Replication and HDR from initializing
  on the server instance.
  to:
  Prevents the HDR, ER, SDS, RSS from initializing on the server
  instance.
  
  Also add the following note:
  To start DR and correct work DR - SDS,RSS,ER,HDR - you MUST
  restart
  Primary IDS without "-D" option before start any type of
  replication.
