Error description

• The problem occurs in a Tivoli Storage Manager enterprise
  environment. When the configuration refresh interval
  (set configrefresh <value>) as set on the managed server
  is elapsed, the server should contact the configuration
  manager server to update its subscribed profiles. Instead,
  the  correct value is not honored but the refresh is executed
  in different time intervals.
