Error description
After certain onbar parallel whole system backup failure you will see messages such as: "mt_promote failed for ticket 0xcd95bfb0 with error -3 in init_arcbu-2", inteval checkpoints stop. If you have smartblob spaces that do not have logging, failure to do regular checkpoints could lead to data lost.
