IC64422: INTERVAL CHECKPOINT DOES NOT HAPPEN AFTER CERTAIN ONBAR PARALLEL WHOLE SYSTEM BACKUP FAILURE

Error description

• After certain onbar parallel whole system backup failure
  you will see messages such as:
        "mt_promote failed for ticket 0xcd95bfb0 with error -3 in
       init_arcbu-2", inteval checkpoints stop.
  
  If you have smartblob spaces that do not have logging, failure
  to do regular checkpoints could
  lead  to data lost.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:                                         *
  * Upon certain types of failures in whole system parallel      *
  * backup in OnBar, the system will be left with a negative     *
  * counter for the number of archive processes in the system,   *
  * which will disable the automatic interval checkpoint         *
  * feature.  This is a defect of the Parallel whole system      *
  * archive feature performed by OnBar.                          *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  * Upgrade to IDS 11.50.xC6 and above.                          *
  ****************************************************************
