IC63507: INSERTING A SMART LARGE OBJECT THROUGH A VIEW LEAVES SQLEXEC THREAD RUNNING FOREVER AND CAUSES ERROR 206

Error description

• When inserting a smart large object through a view, if the
  column name refers to the column in the view the
  sqlexec threads will hang in an endless loop, give error 206,
  and never leave the
  running state.
  
  This appears only if a host variable is used.
